Terms of Service

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• “Service” — the NumArm platform, website, dashboard, APIs, documentation, and support channels we make available.
• “User” — any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
• “Account” — your registered NumArm account and associated credentials.
• “Subscription” — a plan that includes a fixed number of API requests available during the subscription period.
• “Content” — data, text, or materials you submit to the Service for processing (for example, values sent for validation).

Subject to these Terms and your plan, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service, including:

• Phone number validation and carrier lookup

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of API keys and account credentials and for all activity under your Account.

The Service operates on a subscription-based pricing model unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Subscriptions are purchased in advance through our platform or as specified in your order.
• Each subscription includes a maximum number of API requests available during the selected subscription period.
• API usage counts toward the request limit defined in your active subscription plan.
• Unless stated otherwise in your agreement, unused requests do not carry over to the next subscription period.
• Refunds are provided only as expressly stated in these Terms, in our refund policy, or as required by applicable law.

All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Illegal activities or violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Harassment, spam, or unsolicited communications in violation of anti-spam rules
• Collecting or processing personal data without a lawful basis and required notices/consents
• Reverse engineering, probing, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reselling or redistributing the Service without written authorization

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account.

The Service, including software, branding, documentation, and aggregated analytics (excluding your Content), is owned by NumArm Inc. and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

You retain ownership of your Content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use Content solely to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to NumArm in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or, if none, fifty U.S. dollars). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including payment obligations accrued, intellectual property, and limitation of liability) will survive termination.
